About: This course deals with the different kinds of Dutch employment contracts. The contract for an indefinite period of time, and the contract for an definite period of time. The fulfillment of a contract, the automatically renewal of contracts, how to extend a contract, if and how to modify a contract, employers and employee’s obligation, working permits, works council, standard company rules and matters of social security.

Duration: a half day.

Program Morning: 09.30-13.00 h.
Program Afternoon: 16.00-20.00 h.

Cost Morning: € 450,- excl. VAT.
Cost Afternoon: € 475,- excl. VAT. Diner included.

Every course member will receive a reader and a hand-out in English.
